If your toddler (and older) likes to paint, then this is the app for you. It's awards are too many to name, but most recently was awarded Editor's Choice Award from Children's Technology Review.
The app says ages 6-8 years old but I've seen younger kids enjoy this app with a bit of assistance getting started by a sibling or parent.
